The laminating with melted polypropylene & polyethylene film on the woven bag make laminating woven bag. laminating on the film and paper directly, or laminating color-printed OPP & BOPP film on the surface of them make the color-printed packaging bags of instant noodles, melon seeds and foods.
The extruder with helical gear reducer adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature, the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation. The double-die can realize single or double-face coating. width of coating &laminating can be regulated, and stepless speed regulation is to control coating thickness and laminating speed.
